IWI: Great Design, Attentive Service
Irwin Viner uses a combination of architectural and decorative elements to create a home as natural and well-proportioned as a finely tailored garment. IWI offers a complete design package, from architectural concept and scope of work to the interior design and landscaping/hardscaping plan.
Irwin and his IWI team provide architectural detailing, custom furnishings, built-ins, decorating, and landscaping - new or renovated homes and apartments become turnkey lifestyles, reflecting the client's shared vision with our design team. Irwin’s projects range across the globe, from Hawaii to his native South Africa. His work shows up in the Hamptons, Long Island, Westchester, Monsey, Manhattan, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Miami Beach, Palm Beach, Orlando, Chicago, and Jerusalem. Irwin's clients look for perfection, great value, friendly professionalism, and homes that won't date.
Clients hire IWI at the beginning of their new construction or remodeling project to work with architects, landscape designers, contractors, and landscapers. We refine floor plans and elevations, and we revise and improve upon electrical and lighting schemes, window details, moldings, and architectural details because we have training both in architecture as well as interior design. IWI makes certain that all aspects of a job fit harmoniously with the client's tastes and lifestyle and the desired functioning for each room. IWI winds up being the client's eyes and ears, supervising the job site to make certain everything is done according to plan. No one likes bad surprises.
IWI originates architectural schemes and finely-layered interiors, either traditional or contemporary, which reflect the clients’ personality and lifestyle. Irwin and his design team always add humor and eclecticism into their comfortable, luxurious homes.
